Industria West

Industria West is closest to the N1 Western Bypass and is also one of the oldest Industrial areas in Johannesburg. Traditionally, the bigger boxes were occupied by maize and yeast, as well as oil, companies but in the last few years, some of the printing companies have occupied space such as GP and the Citizen. Power is available and manufacturing companies are starting to take up space again and once again the Chinese blanket and reel manufacturers are acquiring buildings. Although many properties are run down, an uptake of space is taking place and several sales are occurring.
