Julian joined 5th Avenue Properties at the end of March 2022 where his current expertise will be focused on the West Rand, specialising in Industrial sales and leases. Having worked for a firm of accountants in London previously, his passion for property saw him turn to the industry where he has worked now for 30 years. He started as a Property Practitioner at Pace Property Company in 1992 and thereafter working for Lyons Property Company and Real FMG for 20 years where he was involved in the client/tenant representation and property broking. Following that he has worked for himself and more recently for CBRE Excellerate. He has completed numerous industrial sales and lease agreements and has a wealth of property market knowledge. His largest sale being that of a 15,000m² warehouse to the value of R125 million.
