What is considered excellent service? There are surely a lot of definitions and different measures on what excellent service is. In my opinion it could be broken down into two simple elements: 1. Willingness to continue with a service provider because a person is satisfied with the service received. 2. Willingness to recommend a service provider to a third party. In the case of the service of a property broker we will continue using Hayley as a service provider due to her providing us with excellent service. As a person Hayley has shown the following characteristics: 1. Eagerness to assist. 2. Knowledge of the marketplace. 3. Good networking. Being energetic is also a great attribute.

Just a short note of thanks for your valuable assistance in finding us new office space at 135 Daisy Street, Sandown, Sandton, We are most grateful for the insight, time and effort you put into taking us around to visit various sites and offices as we were under pressure to find space within a short space of time and at a reasonable cost.
